New coat comes in handy!

Rich insisted I get a new coat cause he was tired of my sweatshirt wearing!!

So for our anniversary this is what he got me!! I like it cause it makes me look skinny and it is warm!!

We got us some snow!!

We were some what excited to see snow...only problem...as a result Nicole had to delay her trip home from school...so she went down to Utah until the storm passes (I 84 is closed) Jeff and Sarah are in the depths of finals soooooooooo Mattly and Wendy invited her to stay with them and she is having a great time!!! Maybe she won't come home at all.....Anyway...the plan is for her and Jeff and Sarah to take off on Thursday and get as far as they can. We will fell better about her driving her little car if Jeff is close by (he bought them walkie talkies for the area's where they cell phones won't reach. I love that boy.
And I love Wendy. Thank goodness for big brothers and sisters.

We went a bit overboard for Christmas this year

in that every little thing collected from

the last 30 years went up.

Rich says the house will probably burn down

before we even get to Christmas.

We are just a bit excited about Jeff and Sarah coming for 12 days

and Nicole being home.

We have tons of lights out front, the plywood Snowman, and Carolers we made years ago by tracing around JC, Erica and Jeff.

Neskowin Gettaway

This past week we went to Neskowin (our favorite place at the coast) for our 14 Anniversary. Who would have thought. 14 years and both still alive....think we are finally getting it....and have been having some of the best times of our life. Hmmmmm. Maybe kids all being gone helps. No, just kidding. Just realizing we really like each other. And that a stress free life allows for lots of fun. That being Rich too excited about retiring in exactly 20 days. And me being retired.
